What we need:

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Orange

1/2 Banana

1 tsp molasses (you can substitute agava or honey)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (you can substitute unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened cashew milk)

3 tbsp of oatmeal instant

 

How to do it:
