Almonds – Coconut Brownie !

Brownie! Almonds, coconut, dark chocolate! Mmmm … I will not lie, I love sweets, everything from chocolate to … everything!! Yes, I know, it misses the healthy nutrition about I am writing so much.

Surprise!! On my blog you will find replacements for, amazing taste in healthier version. Why forgo the pleasures of eat tasty? In my opinion everything is for the people but people make choices. I really would like to show you how to better replacements for products in a delicious way.

An example can be amazing brownie with almonds and coconut.  Perfect for a weekend.

Brownie with almond and coconut

What we need:

3 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup maple syrup (good quality with a small amount of sugar)

1/4 pound of dark chocolate (half a chocolate bar)

1 tsp vanilla flavor

3 tbsp cocoa (I use 100% cocoa)

1/2 cup almond butter

 

I used to sprinkle:

1 tbsp ground almonds

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Brownie almond and coconut

How we do it:

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 355F.

Put the baking paper to loaf pan.

Pour the coconut oil into the pot, vanilla, chocolate and maple syrup. Gently stirring to dissolve everything.

Remove from heat and add cocoa. Gently stirring till the masses is well. Let cool.

Add remaining ingredients  stirring all the time. Stir until the pastry becomes unitary .

Pour the pastry into the loaf pan and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes – check and bake until you see the sides are going from the loaf pan to the middle.

Remove, let cool and sprinkle with almonds flour and coconut flakes before you serving.
